Current Programs
For over 18 years our church has been serving low income families in the Pioneer Valley and adjacent communities.  Our church has always focused on the individual and ensuring he is provided with the resources and services to help him overcome whatever his need or obstacle may be. Over the years we have not only demonstrated our dedication to our community but to other parts of the world as well; such as, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and Haiti.

From our current facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts we have been able to provide the following programs:

  • Youth Outreach: with over 1,000 youth over the years making positive changes in their lives, acquiring independent living skills, furthering their education; receiving trainings in violence prevention, sexually transmitted diseases, substance abuse prevention, among other programs and activities.
  • Substance Abuse Counseling: Having himself overcome a 12 year drug addiction, our Senior Pastor, the Rev. Samuel Mateo, has dedicated much of his time to assist individuals who are in need of rehabilitation.
  • Marital Counseling: With the increased divorce rate of 50% in America, marital counseling is one major focus in our church. A strong family makes a strong community.
  • Shelter/Housing: Our church currently has two apartments that are used to provide shelter to individuals and families who are homeless. In addition to this, our volunteers assist these families in completing housing applications and obtaining viable information.
  • Kids Church: Our Children’s Director and committee provide an array of interactive activities for children that include arts and crafts, skits, musical plays, and outdoor events; allowing them to explore their inner strengths and assisting them in their overall development.
  • Missions Group: Several times a year, missionaries travel to different countries to provide their communities with clothing and shoes. The missionaries prepare conferences and trainings to assist in their spiritual, emotional, and economic development.
  • Pastoral Counseling: Our Pastors have over 15 years of counseling experience targeting issues of depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and complex family issues.
